Karl Edward Daniel

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Karl Edward Daniel.  A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 2:30 PM in the sanctuary of Daniel Grove Baptist Church located at 1211 District Line Road, Americus, Georgia. 31709. Pastor Curtis Iverson will serve as the Eulogist. Karl Edward Daniel was born November 25, 1957, in Americus, Georgia to the Parents of Cartess & John Daniel who proceeded him in death.  He joined the Daniel Grove Baptist Church at an early age. Karl was a 1975 graduate of Union High School in Leslie, GA. He enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served eight years as a Medical Lab Specialist. After an honorable discharge he began his professional career as a Medical Lab Technician at Cook Children’s Hospital in Dallas Texas. He later became employed at Tarrant County Hospital District in Ft. Worth, Texas as a Medical Lab Technician until his retirement.  Precious memories will forever be cherished by his wife, Veronica Daniel, Centerville, Georgia. His children, Emily (Matt) Daniel-Melton- Venus, Texas, Courtney Cleare-Warner Robins, GA, Cornelius (Clancy) Anderson-Ft. Worth, Texas. Four grandchildren, Maverick Melton, and Remington Melton-Venus Texas. Savannah Cleare-Warner Robins, GA, and Aiden Anderson-Fort Worth, Texas. Two sisters, Johnnie Kay (Arthur) Laster-Americus, GA, and Melody (Geoffrey) Trent-Smyrna, GA.  Goddaughter, Hunter Emerson Alexander-Fort Worth, Texas. One aunt, Geneva Daniel, one uncle, Felder Daniel, Sr. both of Americus, GA. Father-in-law, Vernon Anderson, Sr. Warner Robins, GA. One sister-in-law-Traci (Delbert) Cunningham-Warner Robins, GA, one brother-in-law, Vernon (Patrice) Anderson, Jr.-Melbourne, FL. Cousins raised as siblings, Calvetta Perry-Jacksonville, FL, Charles (Deborah) Burton, Tampa, FL, Jerry Carter-Trenton, NJ, Vickie Kemp-Rochelle, GA, Michael Miller-Cordele, GA, Stephanie Daniel, Kasanya (Chris) Robinson-McDonough, GA and Kenneth Daniel, Sr.-Albany, GA. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives survive. Richard R. Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
